Rocky attended a birthday party for one of his girl buddies last weekend. She doesn’t strike me as the girly girl type but she asked for a princess cake. I was so impressed with the cake that I had to post a picture here. It was gorgeous and it tasted divine.
My photo doesn’t really do it justice, little sugar crystals glistened in the sun and when it got dark, the candles placed on different tiers made it glow. Hats off to Jessica Moreno of the Sweet Cake Shoppe. She currently works out of her home and can be found via facebook. I predict she is going to have to get a bigger shop very soon!
What an awesome sugar cake Rocky’s friend had ! She must have definitely felt like a Princess:)
